Academy Awards BINGO!

Unless you live in a bunker, are Amish, or have been lying comatose in the hospital for the past month (and if it's the last two, I'm seriously sorry), you know tomorrow night is Oscar night. They keep saying it's gonna be epic, with performances and reunions and appearances by people who we're supposed to still care about (but really don't), and that it will be an Oscars show to top all previous Oscars shows.
Well, that won't be hard to do.

Yesterday I told you that although I'm an awards show junkie, the Oscars really aren't my favorite. They're long and stuffy and the winners of the boring awards are always wearing butt ugly dresses with chunky necklaces from the 80's and are really old. Definitely not why I watch the show. So to make it a little more interesting, I've created a Bingo game for you to play with your favorite Oscar watching partner.  And if you watch the show alone? Well, that's just really, really sad.

Alternatively, you can use these boards as a drinking game. Instead of covering up a space, take a drink. Or better yet - do both. Cover and drink. Cover and drink.
Winner is the first one to get 5 across, up & down, or diagonally....or whichever one of you passes out first.

You should be able to right-click on the image and copy/paste it (as a picture) into a document to print. "Should" being the operative word. And if not, take your laptop to the TV with you and use DORA stickers.

Let me know if you played...and check back here sometime Monday for my recap and always constructive Red Carpet fashion critique.  I'd tell you a specific time, but since there's a definite possibility I'll be playing this game both ways, and because of the fact that I'm a total lightweight, it could get as ugly around here as the winner of the Best Documentary Award.

Enjoy the show!

Pssst...Hey, junkie. Yeah, you. C'mere. I've got a little sumpin' sumpin' for ya.
Did you know there's a free Oscars app where you can see trailers of all the nominees, make your predictions and watch live backstage coverage? Go to the app store and search OSCARS.
Shhhhh...keep it on the down low.  And don't say I never did anything for yous.

  1. As it has been for the past five years, I have seen approximately zero of this year's films. I'm still watching, and pulling for Argo. Can't wait for your recap!

I love your comments. They let me know I'm talking to someone besides my cats during the day. Check back ~ I'll reply if I'm not too busy napping.
